All work performed is unconditionally guaranteed for ninety days. Furniture refining is not included. Not responsible for furniture held over 60 days. Customer agrees to re-select fabric in event of back-order. The material is ordered and cut to exact specifications.No cancellations will be accepted and no refunds refunded. Deposit non-refundable. 50% is required before commencing work. Please add 2.75 percent to all credit card transactions. If a check is returned there will be a$35.00 charge per check return. All attorney's fees an collection agency costs incurred in order to collect over due and unpaid money will become responsibility of the customer (1.5% interest per month will be charged on the outstanding balance).
