"Ancor transformed an Earnes chair/ottoman that we inherited from husband's grandmother. The poor thing was in very rough shape. The leather was completely dried out and ruined. He came to our house with the types of sample we told him we were looking for, applied no pressure to buy one vs. another, etc. When our chosen leather was delayed for delivery, he let us know right away, and offered to change to another, so he could be within the time range he had promised. We stuck with our choice and are very glad we did. The piece looks amazing! Wonderful work, great communication, fir pricing. Totally recommend and hope to have them do some baker chairs soon!"
